Class Descriptions

Morning Gentle Yoga

This class is held in a beautiful mirrored studio with grand pillars, it is a class that is suitable for all bodies, whether you are brand new to yoga, returning from an injury or rehabilitation, or a seasoned yogi or yogini- there is different options depending on your needs and energy levels that day.

It’s a gentle practice that really encourages you to take the variation that suits you best, no matter what anyone else in the space is doing.

Expect to feel nurtured with a sense of embodiment and empowerment as you choose which variation is going to be best for you moment to moment.

Slow Flow Yoga

A warm space lit with golden fairy lights and candles, walking in to the space feels like an instant exhale, like a home-coming. You’ll be warmly welcomed by your community and invited to flow with your breath, this gives our movement a meditative quality and you’ll experience the mind, body and breath moving as one.

Expect to feel harmony within your body, mind and spirit with a deep sense of self care as you nourish yourself with this practice of flowing mindfully with intention to the rhythm of our breath.

A Love Note

From Me To You..

All of my classes are suitable for all abilities, I am very intuitive and adaptable to the energy I see and feel within the space. You will be safe, supported and held in which ever class you choose.

All of my classes are inviting, warm and welcoming with ambient music and sounds, poetry, inspirational words and guidance, soft lighting and beautiful smells of incence.

Each practice is intentional and taught in a sacred space which we co-create together with our energies, you will feel the shift as we raise our vibration as a collective, there is a real strong feeling of community spirit as we move and breathe as one.

All the classes have at least 10 minutes in relaxation, a guided meditation that invites you to let go and absorb the benefits of the practice ready for you to re-birthed feeling longer and stronger with a sense of clarity in the mind.

Each class is inspired by the rhythms of nature, if you are wanting to feel more connected to yourself and the beautiful world around us, I’m here to guide you and support you however I can on your journey.

I look forward to welcoming you soon,

Coral x

My Yoga Journey

After exploring the world travelling season to season, it was 2013 when I first fell in love with yoga in Queenstown, New Zealand.

I saw an intro offer for a month of unlimited yoga, not doing things by halves I signed myself up, and I was hooked! My body really enjoyed the movement, and I felt freedom and space in my body for the first time.

It wasn’t long before yoga changed the way I saw the world, it felt like I was looking at the world through a different lens, a lens of wonder, appreciation, compassion and awe.

Living on the other side of the world with my Kiwi partner, a long way from home, yoga taught me one of the most valuable lessons yet, to find home within my heart.

Yoga changed the way I connected with myself, I got to know myself on a deeper level and experienced the richness of self love and acceptance.

It was the yoga philosophy and way of life that really struck a chord in me and I knew that this would be a life long journey. A quest to keep learning, keep practicing and show up for myself.

I studied my yoga teacher training in Auckland, New Zealand in 2017 after falling in love with the ancient practice with a thirst to dive in deeper and for yoga to really become a way of life.

I believe that yoga is for everybody, I always encourage my students to show up just as they are, it’s easy to focus our energy on how flexible we’d like to be but we need to meet ourselves where we are today, and with kindness, compassion and acceptance.

Yoga has taken me to some amazing places from festivals, weddings, teacher trainings, Yeotown, Holwell Holistic Retreat, private hen parties, corporate events, and more!

I’d describe my style of yoga as community spirited, heart led, nurturing and soulful with a weave of gratitude that carries through every offering of mine deeply.

During my sessions teaching yoga in Woolacombe, I channel Reiki energy to bring calming, grounding energy to the practice, my intention is for all my students to leave feeling whole again, balanced and connected to their hearts and the moment.

I offer valuable insight from my experience to help you on your journey, I believe that you are your own best healer and teacher and I am there to simply guide you.

My relaxed but professional style encourages freedom and expression with an open invite to explore with playfulness.

    Megan Ruth

  • “I'd been toying with the idea of doing yoga for sometime, preferring high intensity and weight training instead, seeing yoga as too slow paced for me. However my flexibility was affecting my training and I was advised yoga would help improve this. You get the sense that Coral doesn’t just teach yoga but fully embodies it with her joyful spirit. Her instruction on keeping "present" as we transitioned through the different poses was delivered with calm kindness. Thanks for opening up the doorway to yoga in Woolacombe in such a lovely way Coral.”

    Natalie Amoatin

  • “I can’t wait for my weekly yoga sessions with Coral. She is a beautiful human and I find my practice with her so calming and relaxing, my weekly calm each week in this crazy world. She explains things so well and gives various different options on moves depending on how much you want/can do, meaning that any level can join in.  Since starting my fitness and flexibility have improved and also my ability to calm myself with breathing techniques I have learnt when stressed. Highly recommend yoga with Coral.”
